Subject: FTC Compliance Statement for “Made in USA” and "Made in America" Product Labeling 

Haven Technology Corporation hereby affirms that its window intercom systems—including the SC-100, SC-100L, SC-200, SC-300, SC-350, SC-600 series—qualify under the Federal Trade Commission’s “Made in USA” guidelines for unqualified U.S. origin claims. 

All assembly, testing, calibration, and packaging of HavenTech intercom systems are performed in Riverside, California. The company maintains complete control over the design, production, and quality-assurance process within the United States. 

While some electronic and mechanical components (such as circuit board parts, microphones cartridges, and connectors) are sourced internationally from certified suppliers in China, Canada, and other non-U.S. regions, these imported materials collectively represent less than 10% of the total product value. The motherboard assembly—the core operational platform of the product—is performed in California using these components, meaning the final substantial transformation of the product occurs in the United States. 

Accordingly, Haven Technology Corporation’s products are “all or virtually all” made in the United States, as required by the FTC’s 16 C.F.R. §323 guidance for unqualified “Made in USA” claims. 

Conclusion:

Based on cost composition, manufacturing location, and U.S. labor content, Haven Technology Corporation’s products fully comply with FTC standards for “Made in USA” designation.
