HavenTech 2 Year Product Warranty

Haven Technology Corporation (“HTC”) warrants to the original end-user of this product that it shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) months from the date of factory shipment. To obtain warranty service, a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) number must be issued by HTC. Then the product must be returned to the factory, prepaid and insured, accompanied by proof of purchase. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

Ordinary wear and tear (e.g., sagging) of the gooseneck microphone is not covered under this warranty.

HTC’s sole and only liability shall be to repair or replace, at its option, defective parts or the product, and HTC shall not be liable for: (1) labor costs for removal and reinstallation of the product or any defective parts thereof; or (2) transportation charges for products or parts not found to be defective.

In no event shall HTC be liable or responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, revenues or profits lost as a result on nonperformance of the product, even if HTC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse, and improper or unauthorized modification, installation, storage, maintenance or repair of the product.

Nothing contained herein and no statement made concerning the product shall constitute a warranty or representation that any computer program or software (if applicable) supplied with this product, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by HTC, will (1) necessarily meet the user’s requirements or operate in combination with other computer programs or equipment selected by the user; (2) conform to any performance specifications other than those provided by HTC in writing; or (3) operate continuously or be error free.

THE FOREGOING IS HAVEN TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION’S ONLY WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
