HavenTech 2 Year Product Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Haven Technology Corporation (“HTC”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser of this product that it shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) months from the date of factory shipment.
Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) number must be issued by HTC. The product must then be returned to HTC’s factory, prepaid and insured, accompanied by proof of purchase. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
The end-user must notify HTC of any warranty claim within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect.
If a warranty claim is approved, HTC will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of the product. Upon completion of warranty service, HTC will return the repaired or replaced item to the end-user at HTC’s expense.
Coverage:
This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. Covered defects include, but are not limited to:

Microphone cartridges
-
Speakers
-
Motherboard
Ordinary wear and tear — including, by example, sagging of gooseneck microphones — is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper or unauthorized modification, installation, storage, maintenance, or repair;

Consumable parts are subject to normal wear and tear;

Cosmetic damage.
HTC’s Sole Warranty Obligation:
HTC’s sole and exclusive obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be, at HTC’s sole discretion, to either:

Repair any defective component or part of the product; or
-
Replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished equivalent.
The decision whether to repair or replace any part or the entire product shall be made solely by HTC, in its exclusive discretion. HTC is not obligated to follow any end-user preference regarding repair or replacement.
Repaired or replaced products or parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty Service:
After expiration of the 24-month warranty period, HTC offers repair and replacement services for products that have failed or worn out due to normal use. Out-of-warranty diagnostic service is subject to a minimum charge of $80.00 for the first 30 minutes of labor. Additional labor is billed at $160.00 per hour, plus the cost of parts.
Limitations of Liability:
HTC shall not be liable for:

Labor costs for removal or reinstallation of the product or any defective part thereof;

Transportation charges for products or parts not found to be defective;

Any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost revenues or profits, arising from the nonperformance or malfunction of the product, even if HTC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
State-Specific Rights:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THE FOREGOING IS HAVEN TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION’S ONLY WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
