Warranty Coverage

All HavenTech intercom systems include a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Speaker, microphone, and electronics issues

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Physical damage or vandalism
  • Exposure to extreme weather or moisture beyond rated specs
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact us: Email info@haventechintercoms.com or call 1-888-853-4643
  2. Provide details: Order number, product model, and description of the issue
  3. Return authorization: We'll issue an RMA number and return instructions
  4. Ship it back: Send the unit to our service center (prepaid shipping label provided for valid warranty claims)
  5. Repair or replacement: We'll repair or replace your unit and ship it back within 5–7 business days

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Even after your warranty expires, HavenTech offers professional repair services for all our intercom systems.

Repair Process:

  1. Request a quote: Contact us with your model and issue description
  2. Send your unit: We'll provide an RMA number and shipping instructions
  3. Diagnosis & estimate: Our technicians will assess the issue and provide a repair quote
  4. Approval & repair: Once approved, we'll complete the repair within 5–7 business days
  5. Return shipping: Your repaired unit ships back via your preferred carrier

Common Repairs:

  • Speaker or microphone replacement
  • Circuit board repair or replacement
  • Cable and connector repair
  • Housing and mounting hardware replacement

Repair Pricing:

Repair costs vary based on the issue. Typical repairs range from $75–$250 including parts and labor. You'll receive a firm quote before any work begins.
