Refund and Product Return Policy
On a case-by-case basis, HavenTech Intercoms (Haven Technology Corp), at its sole discretion, reserves the right to authorize a full refund of any window intercom purchase made where a refund is requested within 30 days of the delivery date. In such cases where a refund is approved, customer will return the window intercom to HavenTech Intercoms. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges and any damage to the window intercom which takes place en route to HavenTech Intercoms.
A refund will be made within 15 days of the date HavenTech Intercoms receives the window intercom in “same as new” condition. HavenTech Intercoms reserves the right to charge up to a 30% re-stocking fee for any such returns.
