The devices are not difficult to install and they can be installed in about an hour. An electrician or facilities maintenance person should have no problems.

It depends on what we are doing for the customer. Repairs require about a week. If a replacement intercom is the best choice, allow a week.
Not on-site since installation and support is very well shown on a video or web call like Google, MSN, most issues are solved very quickly.
