Before you call, please have the following ready:

  • Serial Number – A 6-digit numeric code starting with the year (e.g., 18-XXXX or 24-XXXX).
    • For systems made since 2023, this label is on the outer shell.
    • For earlier models, the case may need to be opened to find the label.
  • Model Number – Printed on the operator plate. Examples: SC-100, SC-100L, SC-200, SC-300/350.
  • Date of Purchase – If available.
  • Place of Purchase – HavenTech Intercoms directly, or (if known) the distributor or retailer.

What Seems to Be the Problem?
